Job Overview
Fleet Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our transportation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire fleet lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with finance providers and rental vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to negotiate contracts that meet our needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with our technical team to manage contracts and relationships with service stations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Oversee the process of onboarding and offboarding trucks, including coordinating logistics and documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of truck master-data in our Transportation Management System (TMS).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including manufacturers and service providers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other relevant software.
