Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Poznan and help develop the next generation of our product.

This is a hybrid position requiring working from an office in Poznan 3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of new product features using Node.js, React, and React Native.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Design teams to create engaging user experiences.
  • Build efficient and responsive web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
  • Optimize application performance for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure the long-term maintainability and quality of the codebase through best practices and testing.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and technical discussions, working closely with your team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in writing modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with Node.js and React.
  • Solid experience with React Native for mobile application development.
  • Experience with front-end and back-end performance optimization.
  • Experience in testing framework.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with native mobile technologies (iOS, Android) is a plus.
  • Experience with tool chains such as Expo in building cross-platform applications.
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

  • Intro call (45 minutes) - initial conversation with the recruiter.
  • Technical call (1.5 hours) - with live coding and technical discussion.
  • Manager Call (30 minutes) - final interview with the Manager.
