We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Greenhouse Gases Verifier. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in verifying the accuracy of greenhouse gas emissions data from our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying data quality from external clients' documents, including monitoring plans, emission reports, and fuel oil consumption reports
  • Reviewing technical documentation for different types of vessels
  • Monitoring and verifying vessel activity
  • Working closely with international technical departments across DNV's global approval network
  • Collaborating with ship owners worldwide
  • Contributing to the development of digital verification tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering student or Engineering Bachelor's/Master's degree in the following or similar field of study: naval architecture, mechanical engineering, nautical, environmental technologies, or data analytics available for full-time work
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal). English is our official communication language
  • Attention to detail and solution-orientated approach to deliver accurate and fast solutions to our customers
Nice to Have

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Greenhouse Gases and MARPOL Annex VI knowledge
  • Understanding of ship hydrodynamics
  • Power plant knowledge
  • Ship or ship systems knowledge both operational and technical
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
