We're seeking a dedicated Talent Advisor with English language proficiency to join our Global Talent Attraction team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with JTI entities in the Western Europe region, engaging and attracting diverse talents. Our team focuses on recruiting employees for various functions, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Legal, Research and Development, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, allowing you to be a valuable partner for our entities. We're looking for a seasoned Talent Advisor who will provide in-depth market insights to Hiring Managers and ensure best-in-class candidate experiences.

The Job Description:

As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with JTI's Talent Attraction standards and metrics. This includes conducting briefing calls, implementing sourcing strategies, providing LinkedIn market insights, and coordinating Hiring Manager interviews. Additionally, you will become a reliable business partner for local P&C and Hiring Managers in respective markets, providing guidance on the recruitment process and compliance requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience as a recruiter or agency experience
  • Experience working with international clients and candidates, preferably in a Shared Service environment
  • English – fluent, other languages would be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process and sourcing strategies
  • Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
  • MS Office package user
