About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to support our recruitment processes and lead a team of recruiters in hiring top specialists across IT, engineering, and R&D sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing recruitment processes for IT services, software development, technology consulting, R&D outsourcing, embedded software, and electrical engineering projects.
  • Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting top talent to clients.
  • Ensuring candidates meet job requirements, availability, and expectations.
  • Negotiating employment terms and contracts.

Team Management:

  • Supervising and organizing the daily work of the recruitment team.
  • Supporting recruiters in sourcing suitable candidates and providing guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance.
  • Providing feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensuring submitted CVs meet client expectations regarding skills, availability, and experience.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in recruitment operations and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and the IT job market.
  • Previous experience in team management or a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
  • Experience in managing recruitment pipelines and ensuring process efficiency.
  • Ability to set priorities, track performance metrics, and drive results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and negotiation skills to support client acquisition and candidate placements.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to resolve challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects.
