About the Job:


We are seeking a highly skilled Release Management Professional to join our team at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Planning and overseeing changes from submission to closure.
  • Ensuring necessary information is available for prioritization and planning.
  • Monitoring approval and prioritization carried out by business.
  • Preparing changes according to Global Change Management requirements and submitting for approval on time.
  • Monitoring communication channels and service management tools to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Assisting requesters with change status and progress.
  • Managing potential risks during planning and implementation.
  • Coordinating releases with delivery organization and business.
  • Sending timely and accurate service announcements.
  • Ensuring CAB approval for implementation.
  • Performing Quality Assurance process.
  • Managing project management tools for development team reporting.
  • Focusing on internal process improvements.
  • Creating reports and dashboards related to Release Management and Quality Assurance.
  • Cooperating with other IT teams.
  • Communicating professionally and kindly.
  • Creating and updating internal process documentation.
  • Organizing internal training.
  • Reporting time spent on tasks based on current status.
  • Compliance with internal regulations and company values.


Requirements:



  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Clarity, Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence.
  • Experience in Release Management procedures (risk assessment, CAB meetings, creating service windows, reviewing changes).
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Focused on details.
  • Balance between being open/cooperative and assertive.
  • Punctuality.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • English: at least B2 level.
  • Nice to have: SAP related experience, ITIL foundation or Service Transition certificate, ability to create reports and dashboards.
