The Project Analyst 3 is a developing professional role at 11101 Citibank Europe plc Poland. This position deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices is essential. A good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family is required. Applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies is necessary. Attention to detail is required when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. This role typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results is crucial. Breaking down information in a systematic and communicable manner is essential. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities is expected. The quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Loan IQ technology and Lending Operations Product Owners to define project/release scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing for the defined Loan IQ scope/deliverables.
  • Collects, measures, and analyzes project management data. Identifies, tracks, and closes project issues.
  • Ensures the creation of project scope plan and creation of project schedule.
  • Forecasts project costs, tracks actual project costs, identifies variances, and revises forecasted project costs as needed.
  • Creates the project quality management plan, identifies quality standards, and metrics to measure achievement of these standards.
  • Identifies project risks, performs probability and impact analysis, determines responses to risks, tracks risks, and executes responses as needed.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior Loan IQ experience is required.
  • Fluent English.
