Payroll Administrator with Spanish Language Skills

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator with Spanish language skills to join our esteemed Client, a renowned international manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process timesheets, work records, allowances, benefits, and other payroll components, and upload data into the workday system.
- Collaborate closely with external local payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Accurately process and validate monthly payroll to ensure timely and correct payments.
- Assist local management with administrative inquiries related to payroll, pensions, insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Work closely with HR Administrators and the HR Coordinator to ensure cohesive and efficient HR and payroll processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Practical knowledge and experience in payroll is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
