Job Title: Cloud Service Development Team Lead

Kolomolo is a global leader in digital solutions, and we're looking for a Cloud Service Development Team Lead to drive innovation and make an impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage task allocation, code reviews, and ensure high-quality code output.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define and deliver software solutions.
  • Architect and develop scalable cloud and IoT applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and AWS services.
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure streamlined development and automated deployments.
  • Drive and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a collaborative, transparent, and efficient workflow.
  • Promote best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and deployment to ensure high quality and reliability of the software.
  • Participate in high-level architectural discussions and decision-making with senior leadership.
  • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend the best solutions for long-term scalability and efficiency.
