Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Advisor to join our team at Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. as an SAP Success Factors Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Troubleshoot Success Factors platform system and related application issues.
  • Investigate data quality issues, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze requests and data in the Success Factors application and source systems to resolve problems.
  • Coordinate implementation of solutions and advise issue reporters on external fixes.
  • Coordinate data corrections at the source and follow up on their implementation.
  • Work with various IT departments to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Perform manual employee data uploads and investigate Org Chart issues.
  • Investigate employee data not correctly interfaced to SF.
  • Develop and maintain PMGM IT documentation, including manuals, instructions, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Master/Bachelor degree.
  • Previous corporate experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High-level understanding of technical aspects.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM systems and HR data entry processes.
  • Ability to investigate complex issues and communicate technical ideas effectively.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel, particularly in building reports.
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment.
  • High precision, dedication to delivering objectives on time.
  • Capability to investigate complex issues and willingness to participate in data quality projects.
  • Practical knowledge of data quality issues and flexibility in adapting to new situations.
