Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at GGS IT Consulting. As a key member of our international projects team, you will be responsible for leading project planning sessions, co-supervising and coordinating project teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Co-ordination: Lead project planning sessions, and co-supervise and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Team Management: Manage project progress, adapt work as required, schedule and prioritise tasks in projects, and develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance and Reporting: Ensure projects meet deadlines, develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, create detailed reports for stakeholders, and conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Studies related to management or software development engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project management is a must-have.
  • Language Skills: Polish native, English C1.
  • Skills: Good understanding of the IT industry, ability to work under time pressure, excellent communication and organisational skills, relationship building skills, knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
