Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Avoiding common pitfalls is crucial for the success of any software delivery, support or maintenance project. As an Agile Project Manager at Endava, you will take full responsibility for establishing, monitoring and controlling progress checkpoints and/or service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that assigned resources are properly utilized and accounted for.
  • Establish the scope of the project and provide clear direction to staff using Agile methodologies.
  • Plan the work with a team or project group within an Agile framework.
  • Monitor progress, producing reports on progress against plan.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in team building and staff motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of overall IT industry experience, including 3 years as a Project Management/ Scrum Master role.
  • Detailed knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferable.
  • Experience in mentoring team members that have no previous agile experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
