As a Scrum Master in our IT Shared Services team, you'll have direct access to clients, information, and experts across all business areas around the world.

What You Can Expect:

As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution in cooperation with ITSS management, project coordinators/managers, business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners. You'll participate in each stage of the SDLC process, helping to achieve project goals.

Some of Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as Scrum Master to multiple teams (2-3)
  • Communication with all parties engaged in projects
  • Taking care of BBH SDLC practices
  • Issue tracking and escalation
  • Promoting agile practices across teams
  • Supporting production release activities
  • Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, and templates
  • Methodology definition, process development, and improvement
  • Working with Jira and Confluence
  • Information distribution, planning, and facilitating meetings

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Agile environment (preferably in finance, banking, project management area)
  • Very good Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong team player
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbally and in writing
