Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at People More. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our product and engineering team's key ceremonies, ensuring smooth project execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, refinement sessions, estimation meetings, and bug triage.
  • Manage backlogs, sprints, and bugs in Jira, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the product trio (Senior Designer, Head of Engineering, Head of Product) to capture relevant information in user stories and epics.
  • Facilitate conversations within and outside the product and engineering team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
  • Ability to quickly understand and manage complex topics.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including managing workflows and automations.
  • Very good English and Polish language skills.
