Job Title: IT Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Scrum Master to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and meetings, managing the team Jira board, and working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to groom stories in the backlog.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and meetings to keep the team on track.
  • Manage the team Jira board to ensure progress towards goals and integrity of data.
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to groom stories in the backlog until they meet the definition of ready.
  • Remove obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work to enable successful sprint outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor team members in adopting Agile practices and an Agile mindset.
  • Collaborate with project and program leads to create delivery timelines, reports, and ongoing progress metrics.
  • Provide timely updates to the IT PMO and stakeholders by producing regular status reports and operational metrics.

Requirements:

  • Certified Scrum Master or 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in Agile.
  • Proven experience in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
