Job Title: Senior Agile Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading software delivery, support, or maintenance projects using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and monitor progress checkpoints and/or service level agreements.
  • Ensure that assigned resources are properly utilized and accounted for.
  • Plan work with a team or project group within an Agile framework.
  • Monitor progress and produce reports on progress against plan.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in team building and staff motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of overall IT industry experience, including 3 years as a Project Management/ Scrum Master role.
  • Detailed knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferable.
  • Experience in mentoring team members.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable and flexible environment.
