We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Office Lead to join our Process Excellence & Transformation Team at Lundbeck GBS Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our agile culture and driving business transformation.

Your new role

As a Project Management Office Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects, building an efficient PMO organization, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired project results. You will also monitor project execution, identify risks, and manage a team to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead project management office operations and develop a PMO culture
  • Collaborate with process owners and digitalization experts to deliver system and process transformation projects
  • Manage project execution, risk identification, and team management
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience
  • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
  • English at C1 level
  • Agile methodology expertise is an advantage
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage
