Senior Project Manager Position for Agile Transformation

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join our Process Excellence & Transformation Team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-driven team player eager to shape agile culture and support continuous improvement.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in implementing projects that add value to the business, working with senior stakeholders in a data-driven organization. Your voice will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

  • You will lead end-to-end projects included in our new transformation roadmap and contribute to building an efficient PMO organization.
  • You will monitor project execution to effectively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • You will manage a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget, and quality.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes and add real value to the organization.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience
  • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
  • English at C1 level
  • Agile methodology expertise is an advantage
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent are an advantage
