As a Regional AP Specialist with German, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations across regions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and reconciling General Ledger Accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and make adjustments to invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal organizations to enforce channel strategies.
  • Analyze and reconcile General Ledger Accounts and Vendor Statements as needed.
  • Support the month-end close and related entries processing.
  • Create and distribute payments to suppliers.
  • Identify and propose solutions for continuous process improvement.
  • Review and propose changes to Accounts Payable policies and procedures in response to market and company changes.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field, with knowledge of accounting processes and internal control elements.
  • You are highly organized and can meet deadlines.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and experience interfacing with business customers.
  • You are fluent in English and have good German language skills, with French being an asset.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and accounting systems within a multicultural environment.
