As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of payroll data input, encompassing various aspects such as employee life cycle events, benefits, time, and attendance records, specific equity transactions, and international assignments.
You will process payroll comprehensively and promptly, adhering to the specific requirements of each country's regulations. This includes implementing payroll controls diligently and in accordance with the established control framework.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely completion of monthly and annual post-payroll tasks, including making payroll, tax, and social security payments, submitting required reports, reconciling payroll with accounting records, etc.
- Managing time and attendance procedures, including administering vacation policies, managing employee entitlements, creating schedules, etc.
- Collaborating effectively with external service providers and the global team.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns related to payroll and time and attendance.
- Maintaining documentation of processes and controls, as well as tracking performance metrics.
We encourage applications from experienced professionals with a proven track record of applying principles, concepts, and industry practices and standards. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, good working knowledge of German (both written and spoken), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
