Job Summary
As an Administration & Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Philips People Services team in delivering high-quality administrative and payroll services to employees in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing changes in employment life-cycles according to country payroll calendar and global guidelines
- Managing personnel and payroll data, benefits, and talent administration
- Preparing employment documentation
- Generating admin and payroll reports
- Processing personal data changes
- Supporting HR Advisors with complex queries
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor/Master degree
- Fluency in English (both orally and in writing)
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Experience in payroll (an advantage)
- Familiarity with Workday/SAP HR systems (an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload
