Your new role
  1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage and process customer orders, including data entry, tracking, and coordination with the production and shipping departments.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and communication logs.
  4. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  5. Welcome guests, provide general assistance, and serve as the point of contact.
  6. Keep the visitor logbook and building reception system updated.
  7. Ensure guests and visitors have necessary access.
  8. Arrange refreshments and snacks for meetings.
  9. Coordinate with guests, couriers, deliveries, maintenance, and other queries.
  10. Collect and distribute office post.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-ordered office environment.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication to interact with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
  3. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the beverage industry.
  4. Willingness to work on reception and welcome guests to the office.
  5. A can-do attitude and self-starting approach.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
