**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Client Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the client onboarding process, engaging with sales teams, and developing in-depth knowledge of relevant elements such as AML and KYC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the client onboarding process, collaborating with sales teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage tight timelines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in client onboarding or a related field is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
