Client Onboarding and Implementation Professional

Infotree Global Solutions seeks a skilled Client Onboarding and Implementation Professional to join our Global Markets Division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining client onboarding and account opening across various business areas and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the client onboarding process across all client types and products.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Compliance, Business, FNBG, CIP Due Diligence, Reg DD, and Quality Assurance, to efficiently onboard new clients while prioritizing control and exceptional client service.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of requirements including AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment.
  • Understand and adhere to Client Onboarding policies and processes.
  • Manage strict deadlines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a self-driven approach.
  • Maintain a strong orientation towards client service.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Preferably experienced in Client Onboarding or a KYC role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
