Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Analyst to join our Global Markets Division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.

This role plays a crucial part in streamlining client onboarding and account opening across various business areas and products. Our primary objective is to collaborate with key stakeholders to efficiently onboard new clients while prioritizing control and exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the client onboarding process across all client types and products, ensuring seamless implementation and timely completion.
  • Engage proactively with Sales and Business stakeholders to manage priorities effectively and drive efficient decision-making.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of requirements, including AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment, to ensure robust risk management.
  • Understand and adhere to Client Onboarding policies and processes, maintaining strict compliance standards.
  • Manage tight deadlines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exhibit excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Preferably experienced in Client Onboarding or a KYC role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Employ a logical and analytical approach to all tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Adept at working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities, consistently contributing to the success of the team.
