The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on location and experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Solutions Specialist to join our Audience Measurement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client queries across international markets, primarily the Nordics.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating regular reports to provide clients with valuable insights and data analysis.
  • Providing training and support to clients on Nielsen's Audience Measurement services, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our platforms and data.
  • Supporting the delivery team in preparing data files and executing client report delivery.
  • Assisting in the post-sales client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
  • Working closely with Sales colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and renewal across a portfolio of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, as well as a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian).
  • A client-centric mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build value-added relationships.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and run reports using data-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Competency in MS Office and Google products, with an enthusiasm for learning quickly and succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
