Job Overview

Euronet – EFT Segment is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Solutions Specialist to join our Project Delivery Team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our hybrid model offers 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work per week, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business needs, processes, and system requirements.
  • Design innovative solutions based on functional specifications and gap analysis.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical configurations through integrations and setup.
  • Develop work estimates and technical plans for configuration and quality assurance.
  • Configure systems to meet client requirements.
  • Document all configuration work and support Change Management processes.
  • Liaise with Development teams for enhancement requests or bug fixing.
  • Conduct handovers and provide training to end-users.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates from IT or Technical educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience from the Financial/Fintech/Banking/EFT industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, RDBMS, or Non-Relation Databases) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and XML is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new software and technologies are expected.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, while Polish language proficiency is not required.
  • Analytical and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work effectively within geographically dispersed teams is necessary.
  • Complex thinking in IT and business-related processes is essential.
  • Multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
