We are seeking a Salesforce expert to work with us on international projects, implementing solutions in both SMB and Enterprise scale. At Cloudity, we value expertise on the platform and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. We require fluency in English, but welcome other language skills.

If you are a seasoned Salesforce professional with experience in implementation projects, this job is for you. Our headquarters is in Warsaw, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Participate in implementation projects, from analysis to commissioning.
  • Analyze customer needs and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design system functionalities according to business requirements.
  • Configure solutions and automate processes using Salesforce tools.
  • Conduct training for the client's team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Our requirements

  • Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in a Business Consultant role.
  • Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).
  • History of work with clients.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build new relationships.
  • Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality, and good organization of work.
