Job Title: People Analytics Manager

LeasingTeam Group, a leading personnel consultancy company, is seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in core people metrics.
  • Develop and implement business models to predict outcomes and business impacts.
  • Deliver key metric reports in a timely manner, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical people issues, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI, ensuring effective communication of insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Data Science, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on people analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI, with knowledge of SQL and R/Python a plus.
