FRoSTA Sp. z o.o. is an organization that prioritizes social responsibility in its business operations.

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our IT team as an IT Cloud Expert.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will involve:

  • Handling incident management, problem resolution, and request processing within our ITIL-based service ticket system.
  • Maintaining and implementing our M365 platform on Microsoft Azure, focusing on security, performance, and availability.
  • Providing technical support for workplace devices, applications, and services, addressing issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver effective cloud solutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest cloud computing trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and best practices.

Your Profile

We're interested in candidates with:

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • At least two years of experience in cloud administration, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in M365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Experience in supporting workplace technology, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • A results-driven and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage uncertainty and change.
  • Experience with industry-specific IT systems and devices would be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German would be advantageous.
