Job Description

As an Engineer with Windows skills, you will be part of our Cloud Infrastructure Services team, where you will have the opportunity to work with architects, SMEs, and engineers on both Capgemini and customer side. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with architects, subject matter experts, solution designers, and engineers on large hybrid environments.
  • Monitoring the performance and health of Windows servers and desktops.
  • Performing routine tasks such as account management, software installation/updates, and system configuration changes.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with Windows operating systems, applications, and hardware.
