We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at PLES DXC TECHNOLOGY POLSKA sp. z o.o. in Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex Workday engagements, providing subject matter expertise for addressing customer solutions regarding interface, integration, and technical data model design.

As a Senior Workday Integration Specialist, you will act independently and advise on, manage, and build/develop the solution integration/data conversion for complex Workday engagements. You will provide guidance to clients or service partners on in- and out-bound integrations and coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client's timelines are met.

About the Role
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday system integration solutions directly with customers.
  • S Support project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of implementation projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement in-bound and out-bound integrations between Workday and other environments.
  • Help clients resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday environment: implementation or AMS type projects in HCM related domains (HCM core, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Experience in System Integration solutions, both custom and product-specific interfaces.
  • Practical knowledge of programming, web services, APIs, and database technologies.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients build and resolve integration issues.
  • Friendly communication in English, readiness to work on the territory of Poland.
