Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Workday Prism Analytics Senior Specialist to join our team.

As a Workday Prism Analytics Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for discovering and analyzing PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system, creating suitable solution approaches, and identifying and realizing improvements within the Workday PRISM.

You will also support further Workday Prism country rollouts, manage data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting, and focus on securing global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Discover and analyze PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system and create suitable solution approaches
  • Identify and realize improvements within the Workday PRISM
  • Support further Workday Prism country rollouts
  • Data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting
  • Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years General experience across all Workday modules
  • 2+ Years Specific experience in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients
  • Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)
  • Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup which includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards
  • Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape
  • Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
