Workday Prism Analytics SpecialistWe're seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workday team, you'll be responsible for:
- Discovering and analyzing PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system and creating suitable solution approaches
- Identifying and realizing improvements within the Workday PRISM
- Supporting further Workday Prism country rollouts
- Data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting
- Securing global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team
- Building Solution Design and Implementing Change Requests, including IT-Testing and Deployment
- Defining, managing, and executing Proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Documenting activities according to the compliance framework
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of general experience across all Workday modules
- 2+ years of specific experience in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients
- Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)
- Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup, including areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard, and Discovery Boards
- Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape
- Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics
