LotusFlare is revolutionizing the way industries operate by simplifying technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of our mission to design, build, and advance a cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform.

This platform serves as the foundation for our main offering, the LotusFlare Digital Network Operator Cloud. It provides valuable business outcomes for communications and media services providers through its digital BSS capabilities.

The core responsibility of this role is to build a highly performant and highly available infrastructure that runs our Digital Network Operator stack. This includes:

  • Driving automation, scaling, and self-healing capabilities of our infrastructure;
  • Working with backend engineering teams on architecting, profiling, and monitoring high-performance product components as microservices, providing mission-critical real-time functionality on the control plane of mobile and fixed networks;
  • Actively managing the security of our cloud-native runtime environment;
  • Evolving the infrastructure and keeping our stack up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure stacks, including tools like Terraform, Ansible, and others;
  • Kubernetes cluster management;
  • Continuous delivery of microservices using ArgoCD;
  • Good networking and network security knowledge;
  • Solid Linux OS experience;
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, implementing in Python, Go, and similar languages;
  • Experience with a broad range of cloud-native technologies and stacks, such as AWS;
  • Knowledge of metrics and logging solutions, including Prometheus and ELK Stack, as a plus;
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues;
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency;
  • Bachelor's degree.
