About the Role

Hyva Group is a leading global provider of innovative and highly efficient transport solutions. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing standardized performance measuring reports to enable efficient and transparent performance measurement for the BU Component EMEA Operations teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze inventory reports to compare to targets and highlight issues and trends.
  • Provide analysis of supplier forecasting tools and identify major forecast variances.
  • Support the execution of regional production planning.
  • Prepare and analyze SI&OP files and improve the process with automation.
  • Develop demand control and aging inventory related reports.
  • Support and manage ERP, financial, and warehouse and logistics data collection related to ad-hoc projects.
  • Analyze procurement data to estimate the cost, quality, and delivery time of products and services.
  • Utilize PowerBI to design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare detailed procurement reports, presentations, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor data transparency and integrity and provide information and recommendations to data owners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot table and data modeling.
  • Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
