We are currently seeking a Quality Control Professional to join our team in Gdansk, Poland. As a Quality Control Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing product inspections and implementing quality control measures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform inspection of manufactured parts, tooling, and fixtures to ensure final product conformance to customer specifications
  2. Initiate non-conformance reports and corrective actions
  3. Complete, inspect and distribute all quality records and documents
  4. Calibrate gauges and maintain calibration records for gauges and other equipment

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Quality area - this is nice to have and proper experience can substitute the diploma
  • English proficiency at a communicative level
  • Skilled in a variety of precision measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, and custom fixtures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in environmental, health, and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
