As a Sourcing Specialist for North America, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic HR North America team. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, providing market insights and advising talent partners and hiring managers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential candidates, and conducting initial screenings and coordinating the interview process.
Further responsibilities include nurturing a robust talent community and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process to enhance candidate experience. As we expand our team, we are also considering hiring an additional Sourcer who would operate during European working hours.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong background in business administration, communication, human resources, or marketing, complemented by hands-on sourcing experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or Marketing is required, as well as experience in sourcing using diverse methods, with specific experience in the US market.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines. You will be part of the HR North America team, collaborating closely with the US Team and Global Talent Acquisition Team. Our team is dynamic, supportive, and driven, focused on achieving excellence in talent acquisition through innovative strategies and a collaborative approach.
