Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our team and oversee the quality assurance process for BidMachine, ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our ad network. This is a challenging role that requires deep expertise in testing complex, high-load systems, automation, and ad tech environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA strategy for BidMachine, ensuring high-quality delivery of features and infrastructure updates.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks for RTB components, APIs, and SDK integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to enhance test coverage and automation.
  • Define and maintain quality metrics, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, ad mediation, and programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, k6, or others.
