Overview

We are seeking an accomplished E-commerce Solution Manager to oversee and mentor a team of junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable e-commerce solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 junior developers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
