Project Manager for DXP and E-Commerce Solutions

We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to join our DXP & E-Commerce Competency Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions and services to clients. If you have experience managing software engineering projects, particularly those related to building websites or e-commerce platforms, this is an excellent opportunity to join a mature organization.

About the Role:
  • Support the pre-sales process and coordinate offer preparation
  • Participate in business meetings with clients and plan project delivery and team setup
  • Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live, to ongoing product development and control project budget distribution
  • Oversee communication, escalations, changes, and risks as well as manage remote project teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Project Management certificates such as Prince2, PMI
  • E-commerce platforms experience e.g., Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify
  • Involvement in managing software development projects focused on building websites or e-commerce platforms
  • Proven experience in project or service delivery using major DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Optimizely, Acquia, Sitecore, Magnolia, Bloomreach, and Liferay)
  • Successfully delivered at least one project in the e-commerce domain
  • Strong understanding of software development and project management life cycle
  • Min. 4 years of project leadership
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Knowledge of the Polish language
  • Residence in Poland is required
