Job Description
The Contingent Workforce Senior Associate will be responsible for the administration and audit of Externals@Bayer compliance process and requirements. This includes monitoring purchase orders, consulting with requesting managers, and working closely with the Contingent Workforce Expert on complex cases.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review customer-specific purchase orders in accordance with customer contract requirements.
- Track non-compliance and communicate with internal requisitioners and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the CWS team to foster a team-oriented culture and ensure client-required service levels and contractual requirements are achieved.
- Document issues and maintain a formal follow-up process for assigned tasks.
- Develop action plans with the Compliance Team to resolve compliance issues.
- Evaluate issues and escalate them to the CWS EMEA Lead, Compliance for resolution. Provide feedback on recommended solutions to improve compliance.
- Build and maintain working relationships with colleagues, management, customers, and vendors.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of experience in a service-procurement environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Skilled in German (C1 as a minimum) and English (B2) verbally and in writing.
