About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Process Specialist, where you will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction with end customers and internal business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, telephone, fax, or system, responding promptly and professionally to ensure seamless communication.
- You will deal with service requests, making service order entries in SAP/Service Max, handling engineer schedules, and dispatching engineers as required.
- You will process orders in relevant customer service systems, including entry, maintenance, updates, and status progress reviews.
- You will develop and deliver analytical reports/dashboards to support key stakeholders as needed, utilizing data and tools to drive business decisions.
- You will perform system-related administrative functions for ServiceMax and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- A minimum bachelor's university degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and customer service skills are essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary to excel in this role.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, with Swedish language proficiency being a significant advantage.
