This role will be instrumental in supporting the sales team by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operation of sales-related systems. As a coordinator, you will interact daily with various departments and stakeholders, contribute to achieving team goals, and provide invaluable assistance in developing your professional skills within an international collaborative environment.

Main Job Duties:
  • Develop and track quotes
  • Set up and administer agreements using MySamskip
  • Manage group mailboxes effectively
  • Support the creation of reports (both internal and external)
  • Be a point of contact for Field- and Inside Sales teams
  • Assist with CRM functions
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners
  • Resolve disputes over sales-related invoices
  • Facilitate regular communication with other departments or stakeholders
  • Cultivate current customer relationships
Our Requirements:
  • Administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Accuracy, dependability, willingness to learn, and teamwork spirit
  • A team player attitude and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
  • English fluency is necessary
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software
  • No prior sales experience needed; experience in logistics or shipping would be beneficial
