IT Transformation Manager
Our company, B2B S.A, is seeking a skilled IT Transformation Manager to lead our digital transformation project.
- This role will involve integrating cloud, digital workplace, and cyber security resources into our existing technology landscape.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage this project from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless transition across all phases.
- The successful candidate will have experience in IT transformation project management, with expertise in cloud and Microsoft services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, be able to develop business cases, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
In addition to these core skills, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of ITIL Framework and Agile SAFE methodologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Terraform, PaaS, IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory/EntraID, Cloud Networks, Software Packaging, and Cyber Security would be an advantage.
We offer a hybrid work arrangement, where you can work one day per week from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT transformation project from initiation to closure.
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating cloud, digital workplace, and cyber security resources.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure their requirements are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Develop business cases and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT transformation project management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of ITIL Framework and Agile SAFE methodologies.
