We are seeking an experienced Transformation Expert for Procurement and Digitalization to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement innovative procurement strategies that drive business value through digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Procurement department and in Procurement consulting
  • Prior consulting experience required
  • Experience and knowledge with main e-Procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba) and Procurement Transformation, combined with experience in Project Management
  • An analytical mindset to critically question facts, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
  • Fluency in German and English; French language capabilities considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel
