We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team at G2A.COM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern development programs that will help our teams and the entire organization grow.
Your primary focus will be on conducting a comprehensive analysis of development needs at the individual, team, and organizational levels to accurately identify key areas for development. You will collaborate with HRBPs and Managers to identify competency gaps and areas for improvement, and plan, create, and implement development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of development needs at the individual, team, and organizational levels
- Collaborating with HRBPs and Managers to identify competency gaps and areas for improvement
- Planning, creating, and implementing development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development
- Organizing and coordinating internal, external, and online training sessions
- Delivering inspiring training sessions and workshops, as well as facilitating coaching sessions on soft skills
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements
- Keeping track of the latest trends and innovations in employee development and proposing implementations to enhance the experience of employees
- Designing talent development and mentoring programs, and providing onboarding support to ensure a smooth integration of new team members
- Managing the development budget and optimizing costs while maintaining the highest quality of training activities
- Updating development policies
- Reporting and collaborating with the management board regarding development activities
