Job Overview:
Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing key operational functions, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate data input and management within the Salesforce CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, providing operational and administrative support to streamline sales processes and help ensure accurate pipeline data.
• Perform weekly pipeline reviews across the product set to help ensure realistic close and revenue start dates.
• Handle day-to-day queries and requests, provide information to the team as needed, and update Salesforce to support the sales team.
• Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce CRM system, accurate reporting, and user sales support.
• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to support sales activities and decision-making processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members on Salesforce usage and best practices.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Prepare weekly sales reports for the leadership team, including key metrics, sales performance, and pipeline analysis.
