We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Change Manager to join our team in Experis, a global leader in IT recruitment and management. As a Junior Change Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing and assessing the impact of changes on the organization using ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and implementing communication strategies regarding changes, presented in PowerPoint, as well as developing detailed implementation plans and coordinating their implementation using advanced analyzes in Excel.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and assessing the impact of changes on the organization using the ServiceNow tool
  2. Preparing and implementing communication strategies regarding changes, presented in PowerPoint
  3. Developing detailed implementation plans and coordinating their implementation using advanced analyzes in Excel
  4. Conducting training and workshops for employees related to the implemented changes
  5. Monitoring implementation progress and reporting results to stakeholders using reports generated in ServiceNow
  6. Collaborating with project teams to effectively implement changes and use ServiceNow to manage the change process
  7. Identifying and assessing risks associated with the change process and developing risk management plans
  8. Creating and updating documentation of processes related to changes, taking into account ITIL standards

You Will Need:

  1. Around 2 years of experience as a Change Manager
  2. Knowledge of ServiceNow
  3. Strong experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Ability to think analytically and solve problems
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Knowledge of change management tools and methods
  7. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  8. Experience in project work and ability to work in a team
