Your impact

We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

Global Business Services center located in Krakow provide global support for our line of business and corporate teams in the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • HR
  • IT
  • Procurement
  • Payroll
  • Project Management

GBS centralizes some of the processes across Jacobs and focuses on process excellence while also advancing the transformation initiative through additional work migration.

As Organizational Change Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving change by overseeing key components, conducting research, and monitoring and executing the strategies that form the backbone of our change portfolios. You'll provide essential information, advice, and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects both within Jacobs and for our clients. Additionally, you'll collaborate with others who are actively implementing their own change strategies, fostering a dynamic and innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and apply change management strategies for various initiatives
  • Work with different teams to support project strategies
  • Help create and manage deliverables like stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments
  • Stay updated on change management best practices and collaborate with other change practitioners
  • Develop and track metrics to support change initiatives
  • Use and improve our change management methods
  • Work within a team that includes change, communications, and training
  • Support the organizational change team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in tracking change metrics in large programs
  • Good understanding of change management principles
  • Good stakeholder management skills, especially in complex programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships and work with integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and awareness of project contexts
  • Flexibility to work with US-based teams and stakeholders
